1. General information on using the website

Welcome to Manna & Co Oy’s (hereinafter “Manna”) web service (hereinafter “Service”). We urge you to read these Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) carefully before using the Service.

These Terms apply to all user actions in the Service, regardless of the data terminal the Service is used on. The user is allowed to use the Service solely in accordance with the Terms and Conditions valid at the time and applicable law and good practice. Some contents of the Service may only be available to the residents of certain geographical areas.

The Terms constitute an agreement between the user and Manna, and they lay down the user’s and Manna’s rights and obligations with respect to the Service.

By using the Service, the user accepts the Terms valid at the time and undertakes to comply with them and with the conditions and instructions provided separately in the Service.

3. Processing of personal data

Manna processes the personal data received via the Service and concerning the user in the manner permitted and required by the personal data legislation in force at any given time. The processing of personal data is described in more detail in the privacy notice of the file that is based on Manna’s customer relationships and other relevant connections.

4. Cookies

Via the Service, cookies or other similar technologies may be used to collect information related to the user’s data terminal or to the use of the Service, including information about which website the user accessed the Service from, the browser used or which parts of the Service the user browsed and when. A cookie is a small text file that can be delivered to a user’s data terminal via the Service.

The user can reject cookies if they want by changing their own browser settings and the Service’s cookie settings. The user should be aware, however, that rejecting or deleting cookies may negatively affect or even entirely prevent the use of the Service or certain parts or features of it. Manna grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and personal right, as specified in these Terms, to use the Service and its contents solely in accordance with these Terms and the terms and instructions that may be provided separately in the Service.

The user must in no way interrupt or try to interrupt or otherwise disrupt or try to disrupt the Service’s operation or another user’s possibility to use the Service. Examples of prohibited actions are the planting in the Service of timed malware, viruses or other material containing components that are capable of affecting the programming structure of the Service.

The user cannot use the Service (a) to present themselves as a representative of Manna or its cooperation partners; (b) to falsify or manipulate headers or identifiers in an effort to conceal information on the source of the content provided via the Service; (c) to convey otherwise false information; (d) to store or collect the personal data of other users; (e) to send spam or other unauthorized data or (f) for any other illegal or inappropriate activity.

6. Links in the Service to external websites and external links to the Service

The Service may contain links to websites owned and maintained by third parties. Linked websites are not in any way under Manna’s control, and Manna does not monitor or inspect the contents of linked websites. Manna is not liable for the contents, correctness, reliability and information security of linked websites.

The use of links that lead to external websites take the user off the Service, and the user uses linked websites at their own risk. The user is urged to read the linked website’s Terms of Use and guidelines carefully before beginning to use the website in question.

An external link to this Service must link directly to the Service’s main page and open in a separate browser window and not within the linking site’s own frame. The appearance, placement and other features of the link must not adversely affect Manna’s reputation or the goodwill of its trademarks, or create the false impression that the linking party or its services or products are related to Manna’s operations or are sponsored by Manna. Links must also not incorporate Manna’s trademarks as a figurative mark.

Links in the Service to external websites and external links to the Service do not imply anything about the relationship between Manna and the linking or linked third party.

7. Intellectual property rights

The Service and its content, such as texts, images, product information, trademarks and logos, are the property of Manna or its cooperation partners and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright agreements as well as other intellectual property rights legislation and registrations.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service and its contents (such as copyrights, registered and unregistered trademark and design rights, domain names, patents, database rights and trade secrets) as well as the goodwill generated by their use shall remain the property of Manna or its cooperation partners. Manna does not grant the user any direct or indirect rights to the intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimers

Manna is not liable for the correctness, reliability, errors, deficiencies, inaccuracies or other shortcomings of the information or content provided in the Service.

Manna is not responsible for any information sent or received by the user through the Service or for any information or content not sent or received.

The Service might not be available in all countries, and it might be available only in certain languages. The Service, its operation and certain features may be dependent on the compatibility of the devices used and the network connections and content formats.

In all cases, Manna’s liability shall always be limited to the liability set out in mandatory legislation.

The user releases Manna and its cooperation partners and all of their employees, directors and parties acting on their behalf from liability for all claims and demands arising from the user’s use of the Service.

9. Changes to the terms and conditions

Manna reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior warning. Changes shall enter into force immediately after they appear on the website.
